American Heart Association Fitness Recommendations
According to the American Heart Association, people looking to maintain a healthy weight, as well as improve the physical and cardiovascular health should aim to do 30 minutes of moderate physical activity most days of the week (and better yet, every day). Can't do it all at once? Break it up into smaller 5-10 minute sections.
