Benefits of Coconut Milk

*8oz Silk brand Coconut milk (can do 4oz coconut milk and 1/2 c. non-fat plain yogurt for a thicker smoothie).
*1 banana
*1/2 cup unsweetened frozen fruit of your choice
*1 tablespoon almond butter
*1 teaspoon unsweetened coco powder
*1 teaspoon cinnamon
**Blend everything together in a blender and enjoy!
